I haven't received my tracking email yet. What should I do?

Tracking emails are sent within 1-2 business days after you place your order. If you haven't received it after 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

My tracking number isn't working. Why?

It can take 24-48 hours for the carrier to scan your package and activate the tracking number. If it still doesn't work after 48 hours, please contact us.

My order shows "delivered" but I haven't received it.

First, check with neighbors or your building's front desk. Sometimes packages are left in a safe spot or with a neighbor. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Step 2: Look Up Your Order

Don't have the email? You can look up your order status directly on our store:

  1. Click the link below to go to Shopify's order lookup page
  2. Enter your order number (found in your order confirmation email, e.g., #1001)
  3. Enter the email address you used when placing the order
  4. You'll see your order status and tracking information
